At  A P Financial Services UK Ltd (t/a Ned Naylor & Co) we  apply the principles of Financial Planning to focus on your goals and lifestyle planning rather than policy sales.

Collating and understanding your current plans, identifying not only financial, but lifestyle goals, (which may need financing in the future) assessing how current plans come up to expectations and identifying what you need to do to address any shortfalls,  is an ongoing process, we do not operate a one stop sales culture, but endeavour to build up  a mutually satisfing professional relationship with our clients, whereby they can have the confidence to come back to us, time and time again to update their plans.

The review process  also gives you the benefit of having any concerns or questions answered honestly, without reservation, to your satisfaction, before we proceed to act on your behalf and enable you to purchase financial products or services.  There is generally no charge for a financial review and our services can be paid for either by directly invoiced fees for just advice  or offset against commission on products purchased if such a course of action is recommended.

In certain circumstances, if, on reviewing your financial plans you express concerns as to whether one or more of your financial products were suitable to your needs and circumstances and attitude to risk at the time they were sold to you, we will analyze the circumstances of the sale of these products and give a written opinion as to whether any FSA rules or guidelines have been breached and how this affects your rights to challenge the previous advice given to you at that time.  We will only act on your instructions if you wish to express your concerns in writing to the former advising firm as your appointed IFA in an endeavour to gain redress for any losses you may have incurred.  This service is subject to a fixed fee charge to be agreed before any work commences on your behalf.
